The fruity bouquet of apple, pear and white peach and mineral notes is just as inspiring as the fresh, elegant yet pleasantly intense acidity. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel barrels and malolactic fermentation in barriques add the final touch to the wine. The wine is ideal for the Cantina Bolzano Selection line, which is made with the very best grapes from selected sites.
