Pinot Nero has been cultivated in Alto Adige for the last one hundred years. The steep vineyards around Bolzano, yield a typical Pinot Noir, well structured and elegant.

Vinification After the traditional fermentation of the must in stainless steel tanks, the young wine spends six months maturing in French barriques, followed by aging in the bottle.

Aroma: fruity aromas of deep-red cherry, berries and plum; spicy hints of cinnamon and clove with a whiff of vanilla and tobacco
Taste: full-flavored with a velvety mouthfeel and smooth tannins
