Sustainability is not only environmental protection but has a greater meaning. Sustainability is a comprehensive concept, including social, economic and ecological aspects, for the simple reason that people, environment and economics must be considered as one. As a company we want to shed light on every single aspect and consider the topics of sustainability in all its facets.

Being aware of our responsibility for our associated families, employees, customers and the environment, we want to make an integral contribution to future generations. We to conserve resources along the entire supply chain, as we are convinced that only sustainable cultivation and cellar management will secure the future for our families and our land.
Building our new winery in 2019 we had the possibility to focus on the values, making it possible to produce our wines in today’s Climate House structure – an energy-efficient and sustainable winery.
Our winegrowing families are contributing to a sustainable agricultural development, working their vineyards in conformity to integrated or organic standards.
We are convinced that only with a holistic approach can we chart the path to a sustainable future. For this reason, we have introduced a management system that helps us to not only achieve our goals, but also to continuously improve them. Tis system is regularly audited and certified by independent certification bodies in the fields of sustainability, occupational health and safety, as well as hygiene and food safety.
